The following are our Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before buying our products.
Warranty
- All Expresso FX products carry a 3 year warranty to the original owner only. The warranty covers any damages and faults developed by our product, but does not cover those caused by misuse or user error.
- Any third-party repairs or modifications carried out on our products will invalidate the warranty.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased via this website, you can ask to return it within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period.
- Returns must be in the original packaging, in its original condition and fit for resale.
- You may request a refund or a credit against other products. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that returns are shipped using trackable courier service.
- No returns are accepted on custom orders.
Payments
- Payments are accepted via Paypal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use your credit/debit card.
- All prices shown are exclusive of shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
- All import charges (duty, taxes… etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Order Fulfilment Time
- Due to the made-to-order nature of this business, the time it takes to fulfil orders varies depending on demand. An estimate is always displayed on the website’s front page. Please check this before you order.
